Internships

Internships are a big part of the child development major because they allow you to get work experience in a range of settings. Two semesters of internships are required for the major, but you'll also have the opportunity for additional internship experiences. In the past, students have interned at sites locally, around the U.S., and abroad.

Find out about Andrea Watson, '07, (B.S., Family and Child Studies: Child Development Specialization) and her internship at the Sugar Plum Daycare Center in this interview of her and fellow Gallaudet student Arthur Chan by President Robert Davila in his weekly Bob's Vlog.
